Complex, enterprise-level project engagements make me smile. Moving the needle is my forte and I while I enjoy getting my hands dirty empathizing with user needs and producing design artifacts, I would also welcome opportunities that allow my management skills to be put to task. September 2017 – Present (4 Major Contract Engagements)

Lead User Experience and Interface Designer, Dooney & Bourke

Led the UX/UI redesign efforts for Dooney.com and ILoveDooney.com checkout flows impacting 1.5MM page views and 2.5MM online sales per month.

Led the UX/UI design strategy for Dooney’s native iOS application focused around Dooney’s Bag of the Week marketing campaign.

Conducted User Interviews and documented User Persona attributes and characteristics that drove various content redesign efforts.

Led UX/UI design strategy for Dooney.com browse flow overhaul effort. Responsible for producing various design artifacts including wire-frames, high-fidelity comps, redlines specifications and pattern libraries. Directed/managed offshore development team and provided quality assurance reviews.

June – October 2018

Information Architect, United States Social Security Administration

Proposed future-state information architecture overhaul plan of Social Security Administration’s PolicyNet portal impacting 77,000 users and 30MM page views per month.

Lead Interaction Designer, AT&T

Provided UX/UI/IxD thought-leadership impacting AT&T’s highly trafficked buy-flow and shopping cart user experiences. Produced annotated wire-frames, high-fidelity static comps and interactive prototypes to inform stakeholders and engineers of future-state design expectations.

Evangelized internal UX strategy concepts while simultaneously restoring failing B2B portal project by training internal Agile team on how to incorporate UX into two week sprint methodology. Trained, mentored and managed small team of offshore UX resources.

Defined, designed and documented user interface component standards for AT&T’s next generation responsive Web solutions (Pattern Library). Ensured component and interaction design proposals complied with WCAG 2.0 AA accessibility standards.

Delivered complex, interactive prototype of AT&T’s buy-flow (eCommerce checkout) for formal usability testing.
